In Komi from 2027 will raise the fee for overhaul of houses

Residents of Komi from January 2027 may face another increase in contributions for major repairs. The minimum payment is planned to increase by about 6%, the Ministry of Construction reported.

At the same time, the authorities intend to change the rules for new apartment buildings: the period of exemption from contributions is proposed to be reduced from four years to one year. According to the calculations of the department, this will allow annually to send an additional 45 million rubles to the capital repair fund.

The need to replenish the fund is associated with a large amount of accumulated work. In the regional program, there are 2,584 houses where repairs have already come, but the work has not yet been completed. At the same time, the average contribution is now 15 rubles per square meter, while the estimated economically justified value reaches 57 rubles.

The upcoming increase will be a continuation of the annual indexation: in early 2026, payments in the republic have already increased by 6.9%. The issue remains sensitive for homeowners, as the increase in fees must be accompanied by the fulfillment of accumulated obligations to repair houses.
