In the Komsomol district, contractors disrupt the deadlines for the delivery of schools

District Prosecutor Alexander Danilov visited the construction site of a secondary school for 640 places in the village of Komsomolskoye. Work at the facility is performed by JSC "PMK No. 8".

Earlier, the contractor violated the contractual deadline for completion of construction – July 31, 2026. In relation to the organization, a case was initiated on an administrative offense under part 3 of Article 7.30.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. To date, the volume of work performed is about 95%.

Alexander Danilov also checked the overhaul of the Novomurat secondary school. The contractor is Arka LLC. The deadline for fulfilling the contractual obligations expired on September 1, 2026, but the work was not completed on time. For the violation of the head of the contractor was brought to administrative responsibility under part 3 of article 7.30.2 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation.

The prosecutor’s office continues to supervise both facilities, seeking the speedy completion of the construction and repair of schools.
