In Kozelsk arrested the car of a naughty driver

In Kozelsk, a court seized a Hyundai VF (140) car belonging to a 43-year-old local resident, against whom a criminal case was opened for re-driving vehicles while intoxicated.

According to preliminary data, at the end of September 2026, the man was stopped by employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate on Jubilee Street. He refused to undergo a medical examination. The driver has previously been prosecuted for drunk driving.

The court granted the request of the interrogator to arrest the car, taking into account the position of the prosecutor's office of the Kozelsky district. The case is being investigated under part 1 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
