In Kozelsk, build a hospital for 69 beds: work has already begun

In Kozelsk, the construction of a new building of the central interdistrict hospital No. 3 began.

The institution will equip a hospital with 69 beds, where patients will be able to receive assistance in several medical areas. This was reported by the head of the Ministry of construction of the Kaluga region Vyacheslav Lezhnin.

Preparatory work is already underway at the construction site. Workers equip temporary access roads and a town for builders, install a temporary video surveillance system. Also, the development of the pit and removal of soil is underway.

The progress of work was discussed at the field headquarters under the leadership of Deputy Governor of the Kaluga region Olga Ivanova. The meeting was attended by the head of the Kozel district Elena Slabova.

The new building will house general therapy units, children's somatic and general surgical departments, as well as intensive care and intensive care.

According to the plan, about 100 specialists will work in the hospital.
