An emergency power outage in the Karasun district of Krasnodar occurred on the afternoon of October 14. It affected residents of the Pashkovsky residential area.
More than 10 transformer substations were shut down due to the activation of protection on the 6-10 kV line. The lights were turned off in the streets:
