In Crimea, Archpriest explained the role of the Church in the development of artificial intelligence

The Church should set a system of moral coordinates when using artificial intelligence technologies. This was told on the air of Radio Crimea by the candidate of theology, cleric of the Peter and Paul Cathedral of Simferopol, Archpriest Vladimir Kashlyuk.

According to him, the development of artificial intelligence is inevitable, and the Church is connected with this. He believes that through the creative and intellectual abilities of man, everyone becomes a co-worker of God, so people develop and move forward. The mission of the Church in this process is to provide moral guidance.

Archpriest cited the experience of the museum and temple complex “New Chersonese”, where artificial intelligence technologies are already used with benefit. According to Vladimir Kashlyuk, scientific and technical progress was embodied there in the exhibition about Prince Vladimir, which was prepared by the Museum of Christianity.
