In Kursk took into custody a woman who stole 256 thousand rubles from someone else’s bank card
Kirovsky district court of Kursk chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention for 42-year-old Ekaterina Dudina

Kirovsky district court of Kursk chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention for 42-year-old Ekaterina Dudina. A citizen of the Russian Federation, leading a vagrant lifestyle, is accused of stealing money from the credit card of a random acquaintance.
According to investigators, the woman secretly stole 256 100 rubles, debiting them from a bank account opened in the name of the man. The victim suffered significant material damage to this amount.
According to the victim, he met a woman named Catherine, drank alcohol with her, and then fell asleep at a stop. When he woke up, he found his bank card missing. In the mobile application, he saw that money was written off from the account for a total of 256,100 rubles. Upon presentation of a person for identification, the victim recognized Dudin from the photo.
The petition of the investigator for such a strict measure of restraint is justified by a number of circumstances. Dudina does not live at the place of registration in the Zolotukhinsky district of the Kursk region, and the house where she is registered is unsuitable for housing. She does not communicate with her only close relative, her son. According to the neighbors, the accused did not appear at the place of registration for more than 10 years. In addition, the investigator said that Dudina constantly moves from place to place and commits similar crimes, for which she was put on the federal wanted list.
When considering the application, the accused did not deny her involvement in the crime and agreed with the arguments of the investigator. The next two months Dudin will spend in the pre-trial detention center until the end of the investigation and consideration of the criminal case by the court.
As reported in the joint press service of the judicial system of the Kursk region, the decision has not yet entered into legal force.
