In Kursk, the court defended a man who hung a loan after changing the SIM card
Unknown used an old phone number tied to the card

A resident of Kursk filed a lawsuit with the bank. He demanded to recognize the loan agreement as not concluded, and the debt is absent.
According to the lawsuit, in 2016, the man was issued a credit card and tied it to his phone number. Soon he paid off all the debt, but the account was not closed. Later, the chicken changed his phone number.
In 2024, an unknown person stole 80,482.28 rubles from his bank account. When the man found out about it, he wrote a statement to the police. In fact, a criminal case was opened.
The court found that all the transfers came from a phone number that by that time already belonged to another person - a resident of the Republic of Dagestan. The plaintiff himself did not perform operations and did not give consent to them.
The Leninsky district court of Kursk granted the claim and recognized the absence of debt. The decision has not yet entered into force.
