In Kursk, heat has already been served in 60% of apartment buildings

In the regional center, the connection of the housing stock to the heating system continues. The topic was discussed today at a regular meeting of the government of the Kursk region.

So far, coolant has been delivered to 1,226 apartment buildings, accounting for nearly 60 percent of the total, authorities said. The remaining MKD is planned to be connected by the end of this week.

Governor Alexander Khinshtein emphasized the importance of the process due to the deterioration of weather conditions. He instructed to keep the situation under personal control of the responsible services, stressing that citizens should live in normal and comfortable conditions.

As for the social infrastructure, the social facilities of the city are 100% ready for the heating season.

In six social facilities, where major repairs are underway, heating will be started immediately after their completion.
