The man offered money to unsuitable for housing was recognized as suitable

The attempt to bribe turned into a 33-year-old resident of Lgov criminal fine of 140 thousand rubles. This was reported in the press service of the FSSP of Russia in the Kursk region.
The man lived in an unregistered marriage with a woman who gave birth to a child by him. He decided to buy a house next door to his own using maternity capital. But the commission recognized the premises unsuitable for living.
Upon learning of this, the Lgov citizen offered the commission members money several times. In return, he asked to recognize the house suitable for life, that is, to commit deliberately illegal actions.
His actions have not gone unnoticed. The court found the man guilty of preparing to bribe an official for illegal actions. He was unable to bring the crime to an end due to circumstances beyond his control. The penalty was a fine of 140 thousand rubles.
The bailiff of the Lgov district took up the recovery. He notified the debtor of the initiation of enforcement proceedings and warned about the possible replacement of the fine with another punishment for malicious evasion. The man was restricted from traveling outside Russia, and his accounts were arrested.
After the measures taken, the fine was paid in full.
