In the Kursk region warned about the sending of false documents on behalf of Rostrud
Fraudsters send fake documents about “checks” and ask to click on a dangerous link

The State Labor Inspectorate of the Kursk region reported that employers began to receive false orders about alleged violations of the law. Fraudsters are presented by employees of the Federal Labor and Employment Service and refer to a non-existent desk check.
So-called “administrative practice experts” send information requests to companies. The documents indicate that the details are sent through state delivery with a QR code to the “memo”. When clicking on the link, it is proposed to pay for the service and enter personal data.
The department stressed that such regulations are not related to the activities of Rostrud and state labor inspections. They are illegal and not enforceable. Such actions have signs of fraud and forgery of documents.
The experts explained how to distinguish this document. On the decision to conduct a control event, there should be a QR code leading to an entry in the Unified Register of Control Measures. All checks are recorded in this register.
