In the Kursk region simplified the rules for obtaining a single benefit for residents of the border
Payment can be given even to the unemployed

Families from the border areas of the Kursk region, who were temporarily relocated to safe places, will be able to issue a single allowance for children under preferential rules. The payment will be appointed by the regional branch of the Social Fund. The measure also applies to residents of the evacuated territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Rostov regions, Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and Sevastopol.
If the parents are unemployed at the time of application, the benefit can be given even if the average per capita income exceeds the subsistence minimum. Also, the payment will not be canceled if the income for the settlement period is less than 8 minimum wage or is absent at all.
When the income per person is above the regional subsistence minimum, the benefit will be 50% of this amount. For able-bodied Kuryans it is 8 980 rubles, for children - 7991.5 rubles.
Real estate and cars that remained in the evacuated territories will not be taken into account when making payments.
Preferential order is valid for residents of Sudzhansky, Korenevsky, Bolsoldatsky, Glushkovsky, Khomutovsky, Belovsk, Rylsky and Lgovsky districts, as well as the city of Lgov.
If you apply before December 31, the benefit can be appointed from January 1, 2026. But only if the person did not receive it in 2026. Those who already receive a previously appointed payment, a new one can be provided no earlier than the next month after the end of the current period.
Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1365 is published on the website. Consultation can be obtained by phone 8-800-100-00-01 or in social networks of the SFR Branch in the Kursk region.
