In the Kursk region, a conditionally convicted person was replaced by a colony
The man twice missed registration in the inspection and got caught in petty hooliganism

55-year-old resident of the Kursk region lost his suspended sentence. The Soviet district court sent him to a general regime colony for 6 months.
In April 2026, a man was convicted of stealing 17 thousand rubles from a fellow villager. He and his accomplices entered her home. The court appointed 6 months probation and obliged to report to the inspection once a month.
But the convict violated the terms. He committed a violation of public order, for which he received administrative punishment. He also failed to register without a good reason. In July, the court extended his probationary period and added duties.
In August, the head of the branch of the Institute asked to replace the suspended sentence with a real one. The man missed the registration twice for no reason. And during the consideration of the presentation, he committed petty hooliganism and received a fine of 520 rubles.
For each violation, he was given a warning. In court, he did not deny the facts, but was opposed to being replaced. The court satisfied the submission: the conditional was canceled, the man was taken into custody in the courtroom. The ruling has not yet entered into force.
