To participate in the Olympiad, you must apply to the Lenoblizbircom from November 23 to December 1. It is submitted by the head of the educational organization.
The Olympics will be held in two stages. The first one will be in absentia. Participants will receive tasks and a mandatory topic for an essay.
Stage two is face-to-face. The winners of the first stage will take part. It will be held at Gatchina State University on December 18.
