In the Likhoslavl district is a preventive event “Truck”

In the Likhoslavl municipal district of the Tver region from 21 to 22 October 2026 will be a preventive event "Truck".

The purpose of the action, specified in the traffic police - to improve road safety and reduce the number of accidents during the transportation of goods.

The traffic police will check:

• trucking enterprises and individual entrepreneurs-carriers;

• compliance with the rules of transportation of goods;

• compliance of vehicles with technical standards;

• work and rest of drivers;

• availability and correctness of related documents.

For driving a cargo vehicle without a tachograph or with a faulty device, as well as for violation of the regime of work and rest, fines are provided for:

• for drivers – from 3 000 to 5 000 rubles;

• for officials – from 7 000 to 10 000 rubles;

• for legal entities – from 20 000 to 50 000 rubles.

The State Traffic Inspectorate asks managers to organize pre-trip inspections of transport, and drivers to strictly observe traffic rules and requirements for the operation of vehicles. Operation of technically defective equipment that poses a threat to traffic participants is prohibited.
