In Lipetsk may increase the tariff for sanitation from July 2027

Payments for water disposal in Lipetsk can grow from July 1, 2027. For residents who now pay for this service up to 250 rubles a month, the increase will be no more than 77 rubles, and for those whose payments do not exceed 500 rubles - up to 155 rubles.

As reported in the Lipetsk City Council of Deputies, an appeal for an increase in the tariff was sent to the governor of the region. RVC-Lipetsk explains the need to revise the cost by increasing the serviced networks by more than 30% per year and increasing the cost of repairing worn-out infrastructure.

During the four years of the concession, the company invested 4.4 billion rubles in upgrading the systems, built and reconstructed almost 40 kilometers of networks. According to the company, the number of leaks decreased by 17%.

MPs also pointed to the need to respond faster to residents' appeals about leaks and blockages. The total increase in utility fees, according to the regional Ministry of Energy and tariffs, will be about 1%.
