In Lipetsk will check the distance from the new building on the street Frunze to private homes

Residents of Frunze Street in Lipetsk complained about the construction of an apartment building next to their private homes. The head of the city Mikhail Shcherbakov instructed to check the distance from the building under construction to the borders of neighboring areas.

The capital construction department will conduct instrumental measurements, record the results and pass the relevant act to residents.

Another issue concerns the drainage of rainwater. The developer already installs a drainage tray, but in some areas it is necessary to change the direction of the runoff so that the water enters the provided system and does not fall on the territory of private houses.

Shcherbakov promised to monitor the implementation of instructions and the completion of the necessary work.
