In the Lipetsk region continue to remove oilseeds

Oilseed harvesting continues in the Lipetsk region. This was reported in the regional Ministry of Agriculture.

Agrarians collected 338 thousand tons of soybeans from an area of 130 thousand hectares. The crop yield is 26.4 centners per hectare. The department notes that high results in soybeans were achieved thanks to the choice of the best varieties and technologies.

Also in the region threshed 162 thousand tons of rapeseed from 65 thousand hectares and 200 thousand tons of sunflower from 75 thousand hectares.

The rapeseed cleaning is nearing completion, soybeans are also coming to an end. Sunflower has so far been removed from only 36% of sown areas.
