In the Lipetsk region will double the rate of replacement of elevators in 2027 will update 175 lifts

The Lipetsk Region Capital Repair Fund will install 175 new elevators in 75 apartment buildings in Lipetsk and Yelets in 2027.

The figure is double the volume of the current year - in 2026, 77 lifts in 27 houses were replaced in the region. Co-financing from the regional budget for the upcoming works will amount to 150 million rubles.

New lifts will appear in buildings from six to 15 floors high. The load capacity will remain in the usual range - from 400 to 630 kg, the speed of movement will reach 1 m / s. Contractors will install not only the basic elements - mine doors, cabins and control cabinets, but also a full range of modern security systems: mine door locks, speed limiters, catchers and buffers. The exact stop of the cabin will be provided by a microprocessor control system, and an engraving with the coat of arms of the region will appear on the order panel.

The 2026 program is nearing completion: residents of 27 apartment buildings received new elevators in Lipetsk and Yelets, which improved living conditions for about 10,000 people. Work was carried out in buildings built in the 1990s. One example was the house No. 13 on Khoroshavin Street, where in mid-February the dismantling of old structures in all four entrances began, and then the installation of guides, counterweights, doors and cabins began. In the high-rise building on Victory Avenue, 93a, paired elevators were changed alternately - so the residents did not remain without a lift for a day.

According to the technical regulations of the Customs Union, all elevator equipment that has served the regulatory period is subject to mandatory replacement until 2030. The requirement also applies to houses that form a capital repair fund on special accounts: if the work is not completed within the terms approved by the regional program, such high-rise buildings will be transferred to the account of the regional operator.
