In the Lipetsk region, the driver of Kia was deprived of his rights due to fake numbers

In Dirt, the driver of the Kia TF Optima for six months deprived of the right to drive because of state numbers that do not meet the established requirements. The court also ordered the destruction of the seized rear registration plate.

According to the joint press service of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region, the violation was revealed in September 2026. It was established that the lines of letters and numbers on the car numbers did not meet the requirements of GOST. This became the basis for consideration of the case under part 4 of article 12.2 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation, which provides for responsibility for the management of transport with knowingly false registration plates.

After examining the case materials and data on the identity of the driver, the court found him guilty. The man was deprived of his driver’s license for six months, and the seized rear license plate is subject to destruction in accordance with the procedure established by law.
