In the Luni district noticed traces of the bear: residents are asked to be careful

Residents of the Penza region are reminded of safety rules when visiting forests: meeting with a brown bear can turn into a serious danger. This week, the footprints of the clubfoot were found near the village of Bolshayas in the Luni district. In addition, over the past month, bears were recorded in Kuznetsk, Moksha, Sosnovoborsk and Luninsky districts.

To reduce the risk of unwanted contact with wildlife, experts advise to follow a few simple rules. Do not approach wild animals and especially try to feed them. If you do meet a bear, stay calm, do not panic, but do not shorten the distance. The meeting should be immediately reported to the round-the-clock service at 8-800-100-94-00.
