In Makhachkala will be tried accused of fraud with land for 32 million rubles

The Prosecutor’s office of Dagestan approved the indictment in a criminal case against a local resident accused of land fraud for 32 million rubles. This was reported to the supervisory authority.

According to the investigation, in 2016-2017, the man, together with his accomplices, made a fake court decision recognizing the right of ownership of a citizen to a land plot of 20 thousand square meters, which was in municipal ownership. Then, on behalf of this citizen, not aware of criminal actions, the attackers sold the site to a third party.

The market value of the land exceeds 32 million rubles. Thus, the city suffered damage to this amount.

The criminal case was sent to the Leninsky District Court of Makhachkala for consideration on the merits. In respect of the second accomplice, the materials were allocated to a separate proceeding.
