It was established that in April 2025, the woman, not having the right to drive, contacted an unidentified person in the messenger and bought a fake driver’s license of categories B, B1, M in her name for 45 thousand rubles. In August 2026, in the village of Malaya Serdoba, she was riding her own scooter, was stopped by a police officer and presented a false document. The certificate had signs of forgery, and in the information database was listed for another person, so he was seized.
The defendant pleaded guilty and explained that she had acquired rights to avoid training and exams. Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court appointed her 4 months of restriction of freedom. The sentence has not yet gone into effect.
