In Melitopol held a holiday “Pokrovka gatherings” for children

In Melitopol regional center of socio-psychological rehabilitation of children held a holiday "Pokrovskie gatherings", revealing the beauty of autumn folk traditions.

A warm and joyful atmosphere reigned throughout the event: the guys sang, danced with enthusiasm, participated in competitions and interactive tasks, gradually learning how the Pokrovsky meetings were held in the old days.

During the holiday, children recreated traditional rituals: carefully laid logs in the oven, following an ancient custom and as if filling the space with home warmth. With enthusiasm, they reeled bright glomeruli of threads, putting in each round good wishes for friends and teachers. Another creative stage was the creation of autumn carpets: from leaves, cones and other natural materials, pupils made colorful compositions, demonstrating imagination and the ability to work together.

According to Natalia Bugaeva, the holiday was very lively - the children sincerely rejoiced at every moment. She noted that such folk rituals not only unite children and instill in them sensitivity and kindness, but also give bright emotions, lighting a real flame of happiness in the eyes of children.
