In Saransk city hall denied the emergency regime in the region

The mayor’s office of Saransk denied the emergency regime in the region. The information that is distributed on the Internet is fake. Representatives of the city administration officially stated that no emergencies requiring the introduction of a special legal regime have been recorded in Saransk and surrounding areas.

Officials stressed that such reports appearing on social networks and on unofficial news resources have no basis. They urge citizens to treat unverified rumors with distrust and to obtain information only from credible sources, such as official government websites, vetted media outlets and statements by authorized representatives.
