The Minsk City Executive Committee told how failures in heating networks are monitored in real time in Minsk
Head of the Department – Head of the Department of Energy of the Department of Urban Economy and Energy of the Minsk City Executive Committee Andrey Sadovsky told about the multi-level development of the city.
Andrey Sadovsky, Head of the Department of Energy of the Department of Urban Economy and Energy of the Minsk City Executive Committee, spoke about the multi-level system of heat supply control in Minsk. Belta writes about it.
According to him, the key innovative solution of recent years was the development of the developed automation and dispatching system:
- In the housing background, an automation and dispatching system has been installed, transmitting data on thermal energy consumption, coolant temperature and pressure in the system.
Close attention is paid to central heat points. Thanks to their connection to a single network, dispatchers can instantly localize the emergency site. The system signals an emergency situation, after which the brigades go to the place to confirm the fact of the accident and prompt troubleshooting.
For the convenience of control, the program complex is divided according to the administrative-territorial principle - into nine districts of Minsk. Each district utilities company sees data on its objects in real time.
- The overall picture throughout the city is tracked by the Minsk Urban Housing Authority, which oversees the work of all municipal organizations of the capital. In addition, the control center of the Minsk Heat Networks enterprise also monitors all processes in the city in real time, the representative of the Minsk City Executive Committee said.
Such a multi-level control system contributes to improving the reliability of the municipal infrastructure of Minsk in the autumn-winter period, Andrey Sadovsky added.
