In Minsk, a drunk man committed indecent acts on the street

A criminal case against a 44-year-old resident of the capital, who is accused of committing hooliganism, was sent to the court, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency was told in the October district prosecutor's office.

Late at night, the accused was walking through the streets of L. Shchemelev and N. Tesla. There was a girl nearby. The attacker caught up with her, exposed his sexual organ and began to commit obscene acts with him.

An outraged citizen reported this to the police. The hooligan was detained, a criminal case was opened against him. It is worth noting that at the time of the crime he was in a state of alcoholic intoxication.

- The accused had previously had problems with the law - the conviction was extinguished, said Yuri Sovlovets, deputy prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district. He was charged with intentional actions that grossly violate public order and express clear disrespect for society, differing in their content by exceptional cynicism (hooliganism), that is, in committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code, the sanction of which is up to three years in prison. A preventive measure in the form of a prohibition of certain actions was applied against the accused.
