A criminal case against a 60-year-old citizen and his 40-year-old friend, who are accused of committing malicious hooliganism, was sent to the court, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency in the prosecutor's office of the Frunze district told.

In June 2026, around noon, the defendant was on his way to visit friends. On the street, an unfamiliar woman approached him and asked him to smoke. They talked and decided to take a walk. On a bench in the Tivoli Park, the couple drank, and then went down to the reservoir, where they indulged in love pleasures.

Sexual intercourse was interrupted by police officers – outraged citizens reported what was happening in the park. The couple was detained and taken to the Frunze police station for further investigation. Then a criminal case was opened against them.

- Both defendants had previously had problems with the law - convictions were extinguished. Minchanin is married, works under contracts as a welder, said Andrei Serbun, deputy prosecutor of the Frunze district. His accomplice came to the capital from the district center, nowhere officially employed, huddled with casual acquaintances. She has children who live with her father. According to experts, the citizen needs compulsory treatment for chronic alcoholism.

Both defendants were charged with intentional actions that grossly violate public order and express clear disrespect for society, differing in their content by exceptional cynicism, committed by a group of persons (malicious hooliganism), that is, in committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code. They fully admitted guilt, refused to testify, using their legal right.

Due to the fact that the accused evaded appearances in the criminal prosecution body, they were declared wanted. When they were arrested, both were arrested.
