In Bolsheignatov district, the acting head of the Kuchkaev rural settlement received administrative punishment. The reason was that after the prosecutor's inspection, the official did not take measures to eliminate the revealed violations.
The inspection took place in July 2026 and revealed inconsistencies in local regulations. The Prosecutor’s office demanded to bring the documents in accordance with the law, but the order remained without execution. In addition, the head did not inform the supervisory authority about the results of the consideration of the submission.
For ignoring the legal requirements of the prosecutor, the acting head was brought to justice. He was fined, the amount of which was not disclosed. As a result, the violations were eliminated after the intervention of the prosecutor's office.
