In Mordovia for several days closed forests to visit

Residents and guests of Mordovia will have to temporarily abandon walks in some forest areas. From October 22 to 25, a special regime was introduced in the republic, associated with an increased likelihood of natural fires.

During the restrictions, it is forbidden to enter and enter the forests, arrange picnics and start a fire. Under the ban were the territories of 12 district forests.

The regional Ministry of Forestry reminded that non-compliance with the requirements can cost violators up to 50 thousand rubles. The restrictions are designed to reduce the risk of fires that can quickly spread through the forest area. Until the ban is lifted, the department recommends refraining from visiting closed areas of the forest.
