In Muravlenko by the end of the year will plant more than 600 trees

More than 600 young trees will be planted in Muravlenko this year. New alleys have already appeared on the streets of Friendship of Peoples and School, said the head of the city Elena Moldovan.

In the Central microdistrict planted a mountain ash, cherry and lilac. Now experts are finishing the landscaping on the Oilmen. In summer, more than 90 thousand flowers and about 60 thousand square meters of fresh lawns were planted in the city.

But the improvement was not limited to landings. Volunteers cleared 350 square meters of the coastline within the framework of the actions “Water of Russia” and “Clean banks”, eliminated two natural landfills with a total area of 110 square meters, sent for processing more than 13 tons of tires and more than 10 tons of waste paper. Five Saturdays were held in the city, and the labor groups of teenagers collected more than 460 cubic meters of waste.

In Novy Urengoy during the season, citizens eliminated 25 unauthorized landfills. Volunteers and local residents also participated in 19 city-wide Saturdays.
