A large family from Murmansk will be able to build a house on the land received from the state, which was previously littered with construction and household garbage. As reported in the FSSP of Russia in the Murmansk region, it was possible to achieve cleaning after the intervention of the prosecutor's office and the recovery of 100 thousand rubles from the guilty organization.

The family received land for individual housing construction, but found a landfill on it. The head of the family appealed to the prosecutor's office of the October district of Murmansk. The inspection helped identify the organization that left the trash.

The Prosecutor’s office through the court has obtained a decision to clean the territory. However, the company did not fulfill the requirement within the prescribed period, and bailiffs joined the case.

An executive fee of 100,000 rubles was collected from the organization, and its head was warned of criminal liability for non-execution of the court decision.

After that, the company removed the garbage. The work performed was confirmed by the relevant act. The site is now cleared and the family can plan to build their own home.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” also reported that a resident of Murmansk paid three times more for 67 overdue fines traffic police.
