In the Murmansk region has already repaired 39 roofs out of 150 planned for 2026

In the Murmansk region in 2026, the roofs of 150 houses are overhauled. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Murmansk region.

In the region, a comprehensive approach to overhaul is used: facade works do not begin until they are convinced that the roof is technically serviceable. Otherwise, repairing the facade will quickly lose meaning.

Work is underway in all municipalities of the region. In 39 houses, repairs have already been completed. In Murmansk, 12 roofs were repaired, in Severomorsk - six, in the Kola district and Alexandrovsk - four, in the Pechenga district - three, in Kandalaksha and Monchegorsk - two. In Apatity, Kirovsk, Olenegorsk, Kovdor, Lovozersky and Tersky districts - one roof. Work continues in the other houses.

Recall that since 2019, 7.7 thousand types of construction and installation works in 2.33 thousand houses have been carried out in the region, including 1,275 roofs overhauled.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that the indecisive criminal code “Solution” received an inspection of the prosecutor’s office because of the house on Fadeev Street creek.
