In Nizhny Novgorod region 4258 families celebrate 50 years together

In 2026, the 50th anniversary of living together is celebrated by 4258 families of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Another 1751 couple celebrates the 55th anniversary of marriage, 403 – 60th anniversary, 103 – 65th anniversary and 17 couples – 70th anniversary, writes NTA-Volga region with reference to the regional Ministry of social development and family policy.

Such families are entitled to a one-time cash payment for the anniversary of joint life. Since 2023, when the payment is valid, the region counted 24,942 families of anniversary.
