In the Nizhny Director of the kindergarten stole from parents almost 227 thousand rubles

In the Prioksky district of Nizhny Novgorod, a criminal case of fraud against the director of a private kindergarten is being investigated. The 33-year-old woman in April, June and July 2026 took from parents a fee for the stay of children in his personal account. She promised to transfer funds to the account of the institution, but spent the money on her own needs.

According to the estimates of employees of the 6th branch of OEBiPK, seven families suffered from the actions of the manager, and the total amount of the stolen amounted to almost 227 thousand rubles. Criminal cases initiated under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are combined into one proceeding.

During the preliminary investigation, the defendant is under a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
