In Nizhny Lomov, a preventive action “Pedestrian Safety” was held
In Nizhny Lomov, a preventive action “Pedestrian Safety” was held. Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Nizhnelomov district, together with the PDN and students, took to the streets to remind citizens about traffic rules.
The inspectors and the guys explained that it is possible to cross the roadway only in established places. They warned of the danger of entering the road due to parked cars and attempts to run in front of approaching vehicles. Hiking participants were also urged not to use the phone and headphones on the road.
Drivers were reminded to be careful when approaching pedestrian crossings, especially at night and in unlit areas. All participants of the action were handed informational memos with a reminder of the safe transition.
