Almost a year worked in the status of acting Elena Antonova approved the first Deputy head of administration of Nizhny Novgorod. The personnel decision was made by the mayor of the city Yuri Shalabayev.

Antonov has been working in the mayor's office since 2017, so she will not have to delve into affairs from scratch - she has already worked for a year in office. It is subordinated to the departments of economic development and investment, entrepreneurship development, tourism and external relations development, information technology and digital transformation, agriculture, as well as the committee for urban property and land management.

The key tasks facing her and the whole team are to stimulate investment activity in the current difficult conditions, conduct a balanced tariff, price and municipal tax policy, effectively manage city property and develop tourism with foreign economic activity.
