In Nizhny Novgorod doctors called the most noble profession

The most noble, selfless and honest Nizhny Novgorod residents consider the profession of a doctor - 26% of the participants in the SuperJob survey voted for it. Within medicine, the most respected are emergency care, obstetrics and surgery.

In second place in terms of “morality” were teachers and military personnel – 11% of the vote, followed by rescuers, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and firefighters (5%). Workers of specialties - miners, electricians, welders, builders and sailors - noted only 2% of respondents, the same number of engineers. The responses also included janitors and cleaners, social workers and volunteers, pilots and cosmonauts, human rights defenders and police officers, journalists and librarians, scientists and farmers.

About 10% of respondents believe that selfless people meet in any profession, and 8% are pessimistic and believe that noble professions are now gone. Men more often called the military, rescuers and engineers, women – doctors.
