In Novomoskovsk 89-year-old woman can not open the door

In Novomoskovsk, a faulty front door became an obstacle for an 89-year-old local resident. An elderly woman has difficulty opening it and risks injury. To solve the problem asked the daughter of a pensioner, appealed to the Deputy of the Tula regional Duma and adviser to the Governor Ilya Stepanov.

The woman said that her mother lives on the Ryazan highway and can not safely use the intercom door: it opens with great effort, and on the inside there is no handle. According to the applicant, the management company of Saneko LLC does not respond to appeals and does not send specialists.

In this case, the installation of the handle and adjustment of the door are the responsibilities of the management company for the maintenance of the common property of the house. Ilya Stepanov transferred the situation to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Tula region.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” told how Ilya Stepanov helped residents of the region to solve household issues at a personal reception. In the summer, three residents addressed the deputy. In particular, one of the applicants complained about the advertising design outside the store: according to her, it closed the balcony window and caused inconvenience.
