In Novomoskovsk will replace 120 meters of water supply before winter

In Novomoskovsk, specialists of the city water utility are changing the worn-out section of the water pipeline as part of the preparation of municipal infrastructure for the winter. Due to favorable weather, the repair is on schedule, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the goradmin.

According to the head of the enterprise Shamil Salikhov, in the morning, artesian wells and the pumping station of the second lift of the Whitewater Intake were temporarily disconnected for work.

Workers will have to replace 120 meters of pipe with a diameter of 500 millimeters. The repair team will work until late at night. According to the plan, by the morning of the next day, the water intake should return to normal operation.

This replacement will be the final stage in the comprehensive preparation of urban infrastructure for the heating season.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that the acting head of the administration of Novomoskovsk Vladimir Tokarev called the problems of the city, which residents often pay attention to. Among them - unsatisfactory work of management companies, broken sidewalks and roads in courtyards. Separately, he singled out the situation with Sokolnisky Water Canal: the lack of treatment facilities affects the operation of the enterprise and the state of water supply networks.
