In the Novospassky district checked the readiness of road vehicles for winter

In the Novospassky district of the Ulyanovsk region checked the readiness of utilities for the upcoming snowfalls and ice. Specialists assessed the condition of road equipment and the availability of reserves of sandsalt mixture necessary for the treatment of roads in the cold season.

The inspection was carried out on the basis of the municipal institution "South-Service". The company was visited by the head of the administration of the Novospassky district Sergey Matveev and his first deputy for the development of the real sector of the economy Nikolai Dudochkin.

During the working trip, representatives of the district administration inspected specialized machines that will be involved in the winter maintenance of roads. They also got acquainted with the volume of prepared anti-icing materials.

After the inspection, a meeting was held with the management and staff of the institution. Participants discussed the organization of work in the autumn-winter period and the readiness of utilities to change weather conditions.

According to the results of the inspection, it was established that the necessary equipment was prepared, and the reserves of the sandsalt mixture were formed. This will allow the company to start seasonal maintenance of the road network in normal mode.

Such events are held as part of the general preparation of the Ulyanovsk region for winter. The main task of road and communal organizations is to ensure timely cleaning of the roadway, processing of dangerous areas and safe movement of transport.
