In Orel on the Karachevskoye highway began the repair of a 100-meter section with a deep gauge

According to the "People's Front", on the Karachevskoye highway in Orel, the repair of the problematic section of the road from house No. 15 to house No. 13 began. A deep track appeared here, so road workers remove the old asphalt and prepare the laying of a new coating. Work is performed by LLC "GazResources", the customer is the city administration.

This road was repaired in 2022, but it quickly fell into disrepair due to the constant flow of heavy trucks. This was revealed during the All-Russian Overload Monitoring.

Public activists have already appealed to the City Hall and the State Traffic Inspectorate with a demand to strengthen weight control for trucks so that the repaired site will last longer.
