On the site of the student campus in Orel, a block-modular gas hot water boiler room is fully ready. This is reported by the press service of the regional government.

According to authorities, the total readiness of the campus is 66%. The main facilities are ready: the educational and laboratory building - 50.4%, the dormitory complex - 70.1%, the stadium - 42.4%. So, monolithic works have been completed in the educational and laboratory building, the installation of facades and stained glass windows, the installation of engineering networks and elevators, and the decoration of the premises are continuing. In dormitories, internal engineering networks are laid, finishing and mounting elevators; facade work is nearing completion. The stadium is working on the construction of a football field and internal walls and partitions.

In addition, the contractor continues to build outdoor networks. The readiness of storm sewerage is 97.9%, water supply - 96.5%, household sewerage - 95%, heat supply - 83%.

The facility is scheduled to be commissioned on December 27, 2027.
