Educational intensive “Individual Planning Mentor” (6+) was held at the site of the Personnel Center “Work of Russia” in Orel. It was organized by the personnel and records department.
As reported in the group “CZN of the Orel region” in the social network Vkontakte, the meeting was held in a hybrid format: in person and by video. Participants immersed themselves in the topic of adapting new employees, especially young people, to the workplace. We discussed non-standard but common situations and worked out a strategy to make the integration of newcomers into the workflow more efficient and the development of their competencies more systematic.
