According to the agency, the offender was a resident of Trosnyansky district. In February of this year, the man illegally purchased unlabeled tobacco products for resale. The cost of seized products amounted to more than a million rubles.
The Kromsky court found a resident of the region guilty of acquisition, storage, transportation for the purpose of sale of tobacco products without labeling, committed on an especially large scale. Servants of Themis fined him 400,000 rubles. The car in which he was carrying illegal goods was confiscated in favor of the state.
