In Penza will announce sanitary days for cleaning foliage and check showers before rain

The head of Penza Oleg Denisov at a hardware meeting on October 27 discussed the improvement of urban areas. He noted that October was warm and sunny, so the leaffall was delayed, and next week forecasters predict rain. Before they start, you need to collect the falling foliage as much as possible. Thursday and Friday will be declared sanitary days: enterprises will put their territories in order, and municipal employees, students and activists of social movements will be involved in cleaning public spaces. MBU “Penzavtodor” was instructed to clean storm drains and grates from foliage, branches and household garbage, as well as to prepare mobile groups for rapid response in rains.

We also discussed the restoration of sites after planned and emergency repair of networks by resource supplying organizations. Denisov pointed out that November is approaching and the ban on earthworking will soon come into force, so every fine day should be used for positive dynamics. Particular attention is paid to the restoration of the pavement on the main roads, where the lanes are narrowed or partially overlapped due to excavations; resource workers must complete the facilities on time, the comfort and safety of citizens depend on this.

This year, 230 protocols were drawn up for violations during excavation works against 166 for the same period in 2025. The seasonal restriction will not affect emergency recovery measures at engineering communications and technological connection of new consumers. Control over the execution of instructions is entrusted to the Deputy Head for Urban Economy Ildar Usmanov and the Penza Housing and Utilities Administration.
