To combat ice, Penzavtodor replenishes its reserves of technical salt. Contracts are already being concluded for the supply of materials for winter road maintenance for 2027.
The purchase will be carried out at the expense of subsidies for the implementation of the municipal task from the budget of Penza. As follows from the documentation posted on the State Procurement website, initially 4,670,000 rubles were provided for the purchase of salt.
The results of determining the supplier were summed up on October 8. According to the published protocol, one participant fought for the opportunity to provide his goods. The proposed price was 9 rubles 30 kopecks per kilogram, or 4 650 000 rubles for the entire batch. The customer recognized the application meeting the requirements of the purchase.
Thus, the final cost was 20 thousand rubles below the initial.
In total, Penzavtodor intends to purchase 500 thousand kilograms of technical salt. According to the specification, the proportion of sodium chloride in it should be at least 97.7%, but less than 98.4%. The material must be put in bags or big bags weighing no more than one ton.
Technical salt is used in road management to combat ice. It helps melt snow and ice, making it easier to clean the roadway and reducing the risk of ice formation.
Delivery must begin no earlier than January 11, 2027 and be completed within 21 calendar days. At the same time, the entire batch must be delivered at a time.
The documentation provides for five possible unloading addresses in Penza: Burovaya Street, 18, Karakozova Street, 1a, Engels Street, 57, 25, 40 years of October Street, and 115 District Street. The specific place of delivery will be agreed with the customer.
So, a new batch of deicing material Penzavtodor expects to receive early next year.
