Men often do not pay due attention to prevention and postpone health care. The new initiative will help unite active women, give them the necessary knowledge and practical skills to care not only for their own health, but also for the well-being of husbands, fathers and sons.
Last year, the project was piloted in the Republic of Tuva and the Murmansk region, where it showed good results. Therefore, in 2026, it was scaled to six regions: the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Republics of Tuva and Bashkortostan, the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, the Penza and Astrakhan regions.
The wellness program is designed for 10 weeks. Groups of urban enterprises will join it. Participants will undergo examinations, receive consultations and listen to online lectures by leading specialists of the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine, as well as Penza doctors. This will help to learn how to form useful habits and motivate loved ones to take care of themselves.
