According to the candidate of geographical sciences Serafima Artemova, the excess of the climatic norm for October is eight degrees - this is an extreme anomaly. From 15 to 19 October, a powerful anticyclone will dominate the region, which will not let cyclones with rain and cold air. Relative cooling is expected only on October 20 - the daily temperature will drop to +11 degrees.

Forecasters recommend dressing in layers: in the morning a jacket is useful, in the afternoon - light clothing and an umbrella.
