In the Penza region called the best MFC and the best specialist

In the Penza region summed up the results of the annual competition “The best multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services”.

The competition was held in two nominations: “Best MFC” and “Best universal specialist of MFC”.

At the first stage, the work of multifunctional centers was evaluated. The competition commission took into account the quality and quantity of services provided, as well as the convenience and accessibility of offices for visitors.

According to the results of the selection, the MFC of Penza, Kuznetsk and Kuznetsk district reached the final. The winner in this nomination was recognized as a multifunctional center of the regional center.

16 employees of service windows competed for the title of the best universal specialist. They had to undergo professional testing for knowledge of the procedure for the provision of public services and an interview with members of the competition commission.

The final was attended by representatives of the MFC Penza, Kuznetsk, Kuznetsk, Penza and Tamalinsky districts. According to the results of the tests, the best was the municipalist of the city of Kuznetsk Valeria Zhurin.

The organizers noted that the competition allows not only to assess the professional achievements of the participants, but also to exchange experience, find new solutions to improve the quality of service for the residents of the region.

According to the press service of economic development and industry of the Penza region, now the winners will represent the region at the All-Russian competition, where they will compete for the title of the best at the federal level.
